We are recruiting a Senior QA Engineer who understands that the quality assurance (QA) process is an integral part of creating successful websites. The incumbent will be a senior member of the Marketing Technology team, who will manage and shape the QA process for the digital properties under the umbrella of the Marketing and Communications team, including mskcc.org. This may include developing test strategies, creating test documents, and reviewing QA reports and automating test scenarios.
Reporting to our Architect, Web Development, you will:
Maintain a quality assurance and management system for all MSK Marketing and Communications digital properties, including mskcc.org and sloankettering.edu.
Design QA test procedures.
Collaborate with design, UX, product, and engineering to determine QA parameters.
Create testing documents and write automated tests.
Review and analyze Quality Assurance reports.
Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures.
Ensure the successful deployment of new features into the market.
Oversee the QA process.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and adjust procedures accordingly.
Requirements and Technical Skills:
A computer science background and experience as a QA automation engineer
Experience with test automation tools, preferably WebDriverIO, Percy, BrowserStack
Familiarity with Git and GitHub
Nice to have: Familiarity with Drupal
Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills
