Responsibilities
Strategize and execute value creation of digital capabilities across IBG working with the regional & country teams in taking the core digital capabilities to the market, driving adoption & realizing benefits in revenue growth, customer satisfaction & cost take outs;
Define the channel strategy across markets & segments. Partner with key stakeholders to drive the channel strategy and realize benefits on Customer Satisfaction, Business outcomes and cost take outs;
Run the weekly cadence with the markets to track the key metrices and drive a strong implementation regime to meet & exceed the set targets;
Conduct market research and gather necessary intelligence to drive innovation and maintain a market leading competitive advantage for DBS;
Collaborate with product partners across Cash Management, Trade Finance and Supply Chain for the development of online services to different segment of customers that is fit for purpose;
Develop digital engagement strategies that leverages DBS technical capabilities to proactively engage customers to create deep and valuable operating relationships. Drive experimentation at scale to learn and finetune the engagement strategies;
Excel in stakeholder management with Technology, Sales, Operations, and Implementation.
Primary responsibility includes driving greater penetration and usage of channels regionally;
Leverage on MIS for the tracking, analysis and reporting of product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning, pricing, bundling and issue prioritization;
Work with various internal stakeholders and leverage on tools such as direct marketing and campaigns to drive awareness, penetration and usage;
Draft and execute internal and external product communication and information.
Ten plus years' experience in the financial services or consulting or software industry;
Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Driving commercials or Performance management will be advantageous;
Experience with various delivery channels including mobile, internet, host-to-host and APIs.
