The Digital Sales & Marketing Team is on the lookout for an energetic, results driven Marketing Manager to drive Citi-branded credit cards, personal loan and buy now, pay later (BNPL) acquisition marketing specialising in campaign management and execution.
Your challenge is threefold:
Accountable for initiatives and develop marketing assets to help drive incremental account volume across Citibranded credit cards, personal loans and BNPL product, including but not limited to new offer launches, new partnership launches, creative refreshes, email campaigns.
Lead the execution for campaign rolls out for responsible initiatives, engaging with partners and colleagues to execute as required
Be accountable for the Digital Experience Optimisation to enhance Citi web properties for responsible campaigns to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong conversion rates.
Create engaging, result driven digital marketing campaigns
Develop and optimise, in collaboration with Product teams, the customer value propositions, key messages and creative concepts as part of the Go-To-Market strategy
Engage creative and media agencies and collaborate with in-house marketing specialists to stand up a best practice website and execute your full-funnel acquisition marketing strategy, including but not limited to PR, above-the-line, digital and 1:1 data-driven communications
Create engaging, responsive digital marketing campaigns utilising digital channels including email, SMS, push notifications, display and social
Proactively share campaign success metrics, insights, and future enhancements on all active campaigns
Develop automated reporting for initiative management to report on success metrics including clicks, conversion rates, approvals rates, applications, and accounts
Bachelor degree in Marketing Commerce or related discipline
Minimum 4 years in Marketing.
Proficiency in excel and data insight mining
Strong background in email marketing with demonstrated proficiency across Salesforce Marketing Cloud including journey builder and exact target
You've got a proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse array of individuals, and are comfortable being challenged and holding others to account.
You're accustomed to working to tight deadlines, but also comfortable when priorities shift.

Citi has entered into an agreement with NAB to acquire its consumer bank in Australia which includes residential mortgages, deposits, and unsecured lending.
The sale is expected to complete in March 2022. As this is a role to work in Citi's consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to a NAB (or) a new entity that will employ Citi's consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to NAB.
