DESCRIPTION: IT Manager with hands-on professional responsible for developing, leading, overseeing and managing various aspects of IT Web development team that support our internal Marketing teams. Work as integral part of a dedicated development team, bridging the communication gap between Marketing and IT while communicating and leading strategy, roadmaps and technical direction to on-shore and off-shore teams. Ability to lead and manage employees, on shore, and off-shore developers. A high performing manager and team player who can think creatively, strategically, and functionally, working closely with the marketing groups and cross functional teams in IT of the Land O’Lakes business units to deliver exceptional results. Exceptional ability to Architect solutions for Martech.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is a hands-on managerial role that will lead a web development team responsible for overseeing the planning, design, development, and maintenance of web and digital solutions for Land O’ Lakes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating highly optimized web applications using the latest web technologies as well as bring full-stack development experience, hands-on development, technical direction, and leadership experience. Has the ability to analyze, design, develop and maintain digital development, architecture, and various other online properties. Assists in the development of solutions that deliver capabilities to the enterprise. Analyzes enterprise business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements. Assists with the design and implementation of Digital Martech platforms based on enterprise business requirements and IT strategies. Assists in defining the principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise Provide written and verbal direction and leadership during all aspects of development through the weekly agile sprint cycle, to both on-shore and off-shore developers. Must be comfortable working outside of core technology skillset when communicating business needs to developers. Performs other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS: Required Experience: - 5+ years of experience in CRM, web site and web application design/development/DevOps/ mobile-first application design - 3+ years of experience in managing a web development team - 3+ years of experience in design, development, and architecture of digital development platforms. - 3+ years of experience in web site and web application design/development using content management systems
The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background and have experience with all aspects of web design, Architecture, development using a content management system and digital platforms.
Preferred Experience: - Experience using Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud - Experience using Kentico CMS - Experience using Microsoft Azure Cloud and DevSecOps - Experience using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
$109,520-164,280 Salary will be based on experience
