The global solutions marketing campaign manager is responsible for driving awareness and adoption of TransUnion's global solutions through the planning, development, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns that address buyer needs across regions and verticals.
You'll identify and drive marketing growth opportunities that deliver on the solution business goals in close collaboration with sales, partners, product and vertical leadership. This role will work to develop a solution campaign hierarchy that supports a one to many execution across multiple lines of business.
You must be highly strategic and nimble, with a proven track record in effectively translating complex business needs and product offerings into compelling marketing plans and programs. You will lead the creation of content, marketing programs and sales tools that align with marketing strategy focused on specific buyer segments at all stages of the customer journey that result in positive business outcomes.
Expertise in full-funnel acquisition and nurture campaigns, as well as deep experience in cross-channel marketing strategies is needed, as is the ability to measure and report on program effectiveness and recommend opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Serves as marketing lead who owns the relationship with Global Solutions business leaders and is the main point of contact for all marketing programs
Understands market trends, opportunities, challenges, solutions business objectives and customer needs, and uses that information as inputs into the strategy and development of demand gen programs
Builds annual solution marketing plans, and updates quarterly, and ensures alignment with Solutions 3YP objectives and revenue goals
Owns creative brief development, pre-campaign strategy process, campaign strategy, project initiation and kick-offs, list segmentation and SalesForce lead upload process
Aligns with product marketing on product launches, sales enablement and messaging/positioning, and manages deliverables that filter to marketing production teams
Provides strategic direction, guidance and feedback/edits to content, design and other production teams to ensure deliverables meet audience needs
Collaborates with PR to ensure activities are built into solutions marketing calendars and integrated with campaign and content when applicable
Drives alignment, awareness and support for marketing campaigns among sales associates with communications about key dates, links to campaign assets, follow-up resources and overall expectations for lead and opportunity conversions
Monitors, tracks and communicates on campaign-influenced pipeline, revenue and lead status with timely reports to vertical, solutions, and sales leadership to demonstrate marketing ROI
