The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building up the Marketing function to capture and increase Stryker's share in existing and potential markets and drive revenue growth. You will develop go-to-market strategies as well as collaborate with the sales teams to develop portfolio strategies, design and lead the training and education programs and provide excellent service and professionalism that are consistent with the Company's global standards.
Direct Implants product management in Hong Kong through the entire product life cycle, develop the strategy and local business impact modules for product roadmap definition and migration plans
Develop product marketing strategies including product portfolio & procedure definition, product positioning, and product combination for tender bidding, product pricing, go-to-market strategies, and incentive plan for product promotion for Implants product line with a focus on assigned brand/franchise
Lead market research including identify customer needs, collect competitors' information, study industry and market trends, perform market analysis and identify market opportunities
Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams, participate in forecasting and inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize write-off
Work closely with Sales and Finance teams in pricing strategies reviews
Partner with Operations, Regulatory and Sales to lead effective PLCM communications to guide effective product phase-out and phase-in as necessary
Responsible for CAPEX process on need-to basis
Marketing Event & Communication:
Oversee the development of marketing communication materials
Develop franchise annual marketing plan and lead the execution
Lead the and execute all activities for the Marketing events, including management of suppliers and liaison for vendors, venue identification and negotiation, faculty coordination, on site logistics, contract execution, etc.
Lead the development, communication, and maintenance of the Marketing event calendar
Responsible for the coordination of data management for Marketing Services activities, including analytics and competitive intelligence, QMS management of Marketing related activities
Identify the market potential and needs for training and education.
Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethics not limited to AVAMED.
KOL Management and Key Account Support. Partnering commercial team to manage key KOL and stakeholders in Hospitals and Government bodies
Who We Are Looking For :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
At least 8 years of experience across Sales and Marketing functions in the medical device industry
Extensive operational knowledge and on-the-field experience managing customers and stakeholders in the medical device industry
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record in building trust and rapport with other functional teams, and able to foster effective collaboration to achieve department / company goals
Highly adaptable and flexible - one who truly enjoys navigating a changing environment and discovering new ways to achieve objectives
A strategic problem solver who is able to analyze, ideate and execute business plans across different functional teams
