This self-starter will work closely across the Group Retirement (403(b)/457/401(k)) marketing team and the entire marketing department to provide marketing support for the Group Retirement business lines. With a can-do attitude and desire to grow their marketing skillset, this individual will help on a broad range of initiatives, both in a support and leadership capacity. Responsibilities include: * Collaborate across the Group Retirement marketing team; identifying efficiencies in day-to-day processes and finding ways to streamline requests. * Manage the development of marketing assets requested by advisors and wholesalers. * Project management support in the development of large-scale end-to-end marketing programs * Assistance with ongoing finalist presentations across the Group Retirement book of business. * Engage other teams in the Group Retirement Business, the marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), and Legal &Compliance as necessary throughout projects. * Manage business-as-usual updates in existing marketing assets including compliance and regulatory updates, ensuring assets are posted appropriately across digital channels, and ensuring overall good hygiene of all Group Retirement marketing assets. * Fully participate using agile methodology to track and manage projects.
* 3+ years marketing experience; Financial services experiences preferred.
* Strong collaborator, excellent written and communication skills and proven experience managing projects * Agile experience a plus * Strong desire to learn new skills * Highly resourceful * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Powerpoint skills * Comfortable with digital platforms and web related marketing * Flexible/Adaptable - ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and respond to change in a positive manner * Ability to manage multiple projects * Readiness to "roll up the sleeves" and to go outside comfort zone to learn * Attention to Details * Experimental mindset to drive innovation * High degree of professionalism; inclusive and collaborative work style #LI-Remote
