Campaign Manager, Segment Marketing-Location Richmond, VA
This individual will develop and execute integrated, cross-segment marketing campaigns that will drive awareness, customer engagement, consideration and ultimate conversion through content marketing, channel optimization, segmentation and localization, analytics, and meaningful measurement.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a solid marketer, savvy in digital campaign execution, highly collaborative, and a problem solver who employs strategic and creative thinking to drive results. Successful candidates are results-oriented, demonstrate an ability to influence in a matrixed organization, have strong campaign development and execution skills, and can work comfortably in a fast- paced environment. The ability to work efficiently and effectively on several initiatives concurrently will be critical. The position entails considerable interaction with cross-Marketing team members, Sales, and other departments within McKesson Medical-Surgical.
Campaign Planning: Responsible for assigned campaigns' strategy including appropriate customer targets, messaging, campaign elements, channels and budget
Assessing Campaign Performance : Measure and communicate campaign performance metrics, analyzing results to help optimize the campaign as needed
Collaboration : Collaborate with key stakeholders including Segment Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, and Product Strategy among others to align on business priorities
Goal Development: Responsible for establishing goals and objectives for each assigned campaign
Other tasks include but are not limited to:
Creative brief development
Creating and maintaining the campaign calendar
Set test, learning and optimization agendas for assigned campaigns
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or other relevant degree
5+ years of relevant marketing experience
Demonstrated success in leading, developing and executing complex integrated campaign, with an emphasis on digital channels
Ability to prioritize, develop, track, monitor, report and oversee multiple plans and performance measures
Experience proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and removing impediments that jeopardize success and deliverables
Experience influencing and collaborating with others for the achievement of project success
Knowledge of marketing strategy, practices and tools used to support successful marketing campaigns
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills with proven ability to multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment, follow up and adapt to changing priorities
