What you’ll be doing...
As the Analyst-Business Transformation for Business Enablement group in the digital & marketing domains, you will act as a business enablement catalyst between AI&D and business teams and responsible for building innovative solutions by performing comprehensive data analysis and using cutting edge data science and machine learning techniques.
Perform thorough data analysis, uncover opportunities and address business problems.
Engage with key business stakeholders in discussions on opportunities where data science and AI can be leveraged.
Derive actionable insights, perform analysis, uncover opportunities and build analytical models within the marketing domain to facilitate decision making.
Understand problem statements and discover insights using data science and analysis techniques in digital sales that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Analyze and build data science solutions that drive product effectiveness, personalization, better customer experience and operational efficiencies across projects in the digital domain.
Driving data-driven insights across the wide range of problem statements across digital by analyzing and deriving actionable insights, building models and machine learning algorithms.
Work with a talented team of data analysts, software developers, data science professionals and deliver the next generation data science solutions to the business.
Work closely with architects and managers in ideating and proposing use cases.
Work closely with other AI & D pillars like data engineering and ML engineering.

You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Working knowledge of SQL & Python.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics to provide insights for better decision making.
Experience in building compelling business cases and analytics driven solutions for the digital sales and marketing domains.
Experience with Machine Learning, practical experience in building and implementing predictive models to solve business problems.
Knowledge of applying statistical techniques to solve business problems.
Even better you have:
Two or more years of work experience in IT and Business Units driving data science solutions for enabling effective business outcomes.
Ability to perform thorough data analysis using database queries, spreadsheets, statistical packages & tools, and communicate results effectively.
Problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
Experienced with A/B and Multi-variate testing.
Communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
Data analysis skills.
Experience in data management and data analysis in relational database and in Hadoop.
Experience with data mining and visualization.
Experience creating compelling narratives to influence decision makers.
Experience interacting and collaborating deeply with other lines of business & the ability to work across cross cultural teams.
