What you’ll be doing...
The Digital Optimization & Personalization (Sr. Adobe Target) Manager will own identifying and implementing digital testing strategies to drive increased gross adds and revenue, reduce customer effort, and improve the digital experience on the Verizon Business Group’s customer self-service portal, My Business. You will use your experience in business optimization to lead the strategy for creating and maintaining testing and personalization roadmaps. You will determine how and where content and campaigns are presented to our customers on the site driving to an optimal customer experience on every visit. You will also set up and manage A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target to determine content success for an optimized customer experience and driving sales and conversions. You will work with leads across the business including Go-to-market, CRM, product owners, GTS, and Legal and provide insight and guidance on testing and content presentation. By understanding and balancing the needs of the business and the digital audience, you’ll create a highly engaging personalized digital user experience to achieve our goals.
Drive the digital content optimization strategy for My Business including prioritization of work requests, determination on how that content is displayed on the site (such as hero banners, promo cards, landing pages, etc.), and establishing test and automation personalization plans.
Responsible for developing the testing, personalization and optimization roadmap.
Build, configure, validate and execute A/B and multivariate tests via Adobe Target. Analyze usability, customer experience and conversions with end-to-end campaign reporting and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and iterate on the prescribed testing plan; conduct presentations to leadership results.
Evaluate customer online journey and develop creative solutions for content presentation or customer actions to drive conversions.
Understand the customer experience by customer size, vertical and user type to ensure the content served up is meaningful and beneficial.
Conduct initial troubleshooting on integration issues.
Collaborate with on- and off-shore technical resources to support campaign development, feature releases and deployments.
Partner and coordinate with Go-to-Market and CRM teams on communication of new product and service launches that are displayed in My Business and lead those efforts.
Draft user stories in Jira when needed when IT development is required.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of experience with Experimentation/Testing or Personalization.
Two or more years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target functionality such as configuring multivariate tests, category affinity, recommendations, auto target and automated personalization.
Experience in digital CX, digital marketing, or digital product management.
Content management experience and utilizing content management systems (i.e. AEM).
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Proficiency using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics.
Four or more years of experience using Adobe Target.
Knowledge of digital technologies, products and services, and the overall digital ecosystem.
Experience working in an Agile environment/JIRA or prior product experience.
Experience in creating and executing effective programs and/or content to grow sales, traffic, and/or engagement.
Experience with tag management systems and data layers
Proven track record of managing and owning projects from conception to set up, deployment and post-project assessment.
Sales, operations and/or marketing experience.
Customer Experience Management.
