What you'll be doing
Creating marketing automation processes across Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Building, testing and deploying automated customer journeys for existing customers and prospects.
Assisting internal colleagues in delivering cross-channel communications covering campaigns and nurture programs.
Acting as the subject expert on marketing automation best practice and working with marketing communications, as well as our audience managers to coach and upskill.
Ensuring optimum set-up, processes and practices are in place for Salesforce to enable marketing to demonstrate and report contribution/ROI for campaigns and key activities.
Automating and improving data integrity operations.
Working with colleagues in commercial and legal, to ensure our approach to capturing, storing and using data is fully GDPR compliant.
Providing guidance and advice to colleagues in technology and sales, on the tooling and use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to ensure ROI is possible and effective process are in place.
Engaging with external consultancies and specialists as needed to help accelerate lead generation and support the overall delivery of the digital strategy.
Your qualifications & experience
Deep experience on marketing automation platforms - predominantly email, but experience on strategic multichannel platforms i.e. CDPs will be highly beneficial too.
A proven track record of successfully managing and optimising complex MarTech solutions
Experience in managing internal / external delivery teams, ensuring work is distributed and managed across the team effectively
A results driven with a professional approach to project delivery and a successful track record
Strong technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment
