Oversees and leads Marketing and Communications projects from the initial brainstorming and research phase through implementation of production, and on to debriefing and reporting. Serves as the liaison between Office of Strategic Marketing and Communications staff, internal clients in Admission and Development, and external vendors reporting to the Vice President.

Essential Job Functions:
Develops project life cycles, schedules, and project plans for video, print, and digital projects;
Manages project management software and coordinates and tracks projects and creative team workload;
Coordinates creative staff to meet client objectives and ensure on-time delivery of projects. Assigns tasks, sets deadlines, and determines scope and resource allocations;
Leads regular internal and client meetings;
Develops and implements project request processes, post-project reviews, and forecasts for workload and resource needs throughout the year;
Reports on project status daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually as needed;
In collaboration with the Vice President and the Creative Director, forecasts and reports on business goals and associated annual budgets for all related Marketing Communications functions;
Develops reports on time and resource investment and forecasts monthly needs for the College’s marketing and communications and;
Demonstrates appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty, and staff of many social, economic, cultural, ideological, racial, and ethnic backgrounds.

Education and Experience
At least two years of experience in project management in marketing, events, or conference planning, or similar professional experience required. Certificate in project management is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects independently and meet deadlines, excellent attention to detail, outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, extensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office and one to three years of work experience in a professional environment. Candidate must possess the ability to work with various constituents of the College, both internal and external, in a professional manner and respond to all inquiries in a timely fashion.
