Due to recent growth opportunities as a result of the post-pandemic period, a leading B2B services & platform focused organisation is looking to bring on a newly created, Senior Digital Product & Content Manager. This will be a strategic and commercially focused, standalone & individual contributor type of function reporting directly to an Executive Director in the organisation.
This role will be instrumental in supporting their global content roadmap, customer acquisition plans as well as taking on product ownership of one of their core digital platform solutions. You will be working alongside various cross-departmental teams in order to drive various initiatives: including content strategy, workflow automation & efficiencies, development & optimization of a core demand generation platform and supporting wider customer acquisition marketing objectives.
You will be working closely with internal stakeholder groups including other product owners, IT & development teams, data & system departments as well as sales. This will be a hybrid opportunity where you will be presenting business case propositions and championing the wider content strategy across various international hubs from a best practice and process mapping perspective.
The ideal candidate will bring:
7+ years in a commercial B2B marketing, product, commercialization or similar role within a mid-large enterprise level organisation.
Experience working with partner vendors and channels.
Technical expertise working closely with eCommerce platforms/products as a product owner or manager.
A strategic and analytical mindset, as this will a growth focused role, driving global market coverage and ambitious customer acquisition targets.
A strong understanding of digital marketing (Acquisition channels & lead/demand generation objectives).
A background within online aggregator platforms, travel/hospitality listing organisations or property/real estate will be highly favourable but not essential.
