Current Need: We are seeking a new Campaign Specialist to join our team in Richmond, VA.
The marketing specialist will execute on select marketing efforts directed at customers, prospects and sales teams, including the project management of Extended Care events and tradeshows. The position will also be responsible for the coordination on integrated Media campaigns across the Primary and Extended Care segments.
The ideal candidate for this role will be savvy in digital marketing and analytics, highly collaborative, and a creative problem solver. Successful candidates are excellent project managers, highly analytical, exceptional organization, and can work comfortably in a fast- paced environment. The ability to work efficiently and effectively on several initiatives concurrently will be critical. The position entails considerable interaction with cross-Marketing team members, Sales, and other departments within McKesson Medical-Surgical.
Tradeshow Management and Execution: Responsible for the coordination of EC Tradeshows including
Influence sales and segment marketing regarding booth content and management
Liaise with PSSP and Supplier Marketing for product display, Events Planning team for booth set-up and take-down and Segment Marketing for booth messaging and collateral support
Develop and manage booth staffing schedules as well as training for booth roles
Own oversite for lead capture and post show analysis
Media agency coordination:
Schedule stakeholder and agency planning and update meetings
Work with internal digital marketing team to integrate traditional media into one integrated media plan
Campaign Performance Analysis:
Work with campaign managers, data analytics and channel managers to pull and analyze campaign metrics
Other tasks include but are not limited to:
Creative brief development
Creating and maintaining the campaign calendar
Support campaign managers as necessary
2+ years of relevant experience
Critical Skills Needed:
Strong project management skills managing competing priorities in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Proven ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities
2+ years of relevant marketing experience
Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio strongly preferred
Proven ability to pull and analyze digital campaign data
Experience influencing and collaborating with others to drive the flowless execution of projects
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
HS Diploma or Equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or other relevant degree
General Office Demands
