Summary of Position:

The Coordinator, Salesforce Database will mainly work with Salesforce data to cater digital marketing needs. The Coordinator, Salesforce Database will configure and maintain Pardot as needed. The Coordinator, Salesforce Database will also assist with Salesforce reporting and data management.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sync/monitor data between Salesforce and Pardot objects.
• Create/maintain campaigns in Pardot using Salesforce reports.
• Create Salesforce reports for the needs of the organization.
• Create/maintain campaigns directly in Pardot.
• Creating a template/code library of reusable content.
• Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.
• Insert/update data into the AVIXA databases using tools like SQL and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Assist data team with tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with and train other team members.

Education:

• Four-year college degree strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of course work and job experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of one year experience working with Salesforce and Pardot.

Certifications:

• Certified Pardot Specialist Credential preferred.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.
• Experience in Pardot configuration and working with the Salesforce Connector.

• Experience working with any relational database.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with staff in different roles and with varying skillsets.
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.

• Good understanding and strong interest in marketing technology and systems.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and the awareness to test everything that you do thoroughly and accurately.

• Ability to work independently and adeptly multi-task and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks at one time.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of creating landing pages, forms, and email templates.
• Salesforce Administration and configuration.
• Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community.
