Work you'll do
You will be responsible for managing staffing for Advertising, Marketing, & Commerce's (AM&C) Experience Management (XM) practice. You'll also be responsible for assisting the Chief of Staff (CoS) team with projects and coordination of staffing for AM&C, XM.
Strategic partner allocating 50% of time spent supporting XM and AM&C CoS
Own and manage staffing for assigned practice area, maintaining accurate data and facilitating weekly staffing calls
Advise projects on how best to navigate and engage in the resource management processes, and make recommendations for improved outcomes
Partner with Biz Ops Process Lead with integration of future acquisitions and expansion of XM ensuring newly acquired resources are set up in Deloitte systems, training and DC onboarding, validating profile creation and data integrity, reporting, and metrics
Partner with Biz Ops Process Lead to provide input to recruiting order board based on current and expected future demand
Provide input on potential fit and deployment options for campus and experienced hire candidates, as needed
Collaborate with Biz Ops Process Lead and recruiting team to provide a smooth onboarding and first deployment experience to our new hires
Develop and maintain relationships with key practice and industry leaders
Maintain understanding of key resource management metrics and how these metrics impact practice financial performance
Coordination &/or active participation in new hire onboarding, training, practitioner engagement & development - ensuring any newly acquired resources are set up in 10kft, working on NEWB training v. DC onboarding, validating profile creation and data integrity (SAP HR -> STAFFIT, 10kft), reporting, metrics
Serve as product owner for 10kft across XM
Agency dashboard reporting, metrics and maintaining accurate knowledge of the state of all AM&C Agency/Studios
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the state of all AM&C Agency/Studios to serve as single POC, liaise closely with CTS RM Deployment Manager for AM&C
Foster "Business RM" community: weekly meetings with XM RMs to sync on areas of overlap, morale, teaming, foster cross geography staffing opportunities, promote best practices
AM&C CoS support - assist with various activities to include initial OpModel Shift activities (i.e. MS Teams site for leadership, deck prep, data analysis) and ongoing Offering efforts related to TGs and MOs

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
