The Senior Director of Marketing will oversee development and implementation of a unified marketing strategy for Fuller Seminary’s Leadership Formation Division (LFD) and FULLER Equip, and provide strategic input that shapes the marketing strategies of the six Centers of LFD. Both FULLER Equip and the six Centers (specializing in leadership, church planting, worship and the arts, thriving in human development, youth, and spiritual formation) share a strategy of equipping leaders through research-based resources—delivered through relationships—that generate lasting results. FULLER Equip's strategy is to empower leaders at scale through premier digital, research-based, formational experiences that catalyze demonstrable Kingdom impact.
We seek a seasoned marketing leader with expertise in nonprofit or Christian ministry who can collaboratively discern a clear and strategic direction, rally support, divide work, drive progress, and find a synergistic balance between results and mission. The Senior Director must be capable of setting high-level marketing strategy with senior leaders of LFD Centers, Equip, and Fuller overall that drives growth and generates revenue, while simultaneously equipping and supporting team members (who have limited marketing expertise) to carry out marketing campaigns and plans that ensure a strategic and coordinated marketing approach.
