Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions.
Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.

Work you'll do
You will be using your digital expertise to create unique eCommerce solutions for each client. You'll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the client's current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows. You'll develop proof of concepts (POCs) as needed during design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies
Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
Develop integrations for Salesforce-based applications and improvements
Understand CloudCraze extension points and configuration vs. customization tasks
Understand and follow established Salesforce / CloudCraze development standards and best practices
Fluent in creating fully fledged data driven platforms (with databases, servers and clients) that thrive on strong architecture, optimize application functionality throughout the lifecycle of each project

4+ years of IT experience
4+ years in strong Java/C# development
3+ years of experience with SalesForce B2B Commerce Cloud Solution (Cloud Craze)
3+ years Salesforce.com Development experience / Salesforce.com Developer Course 401 (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Object Oriented concepts
Experience with system integration (REST API) including associated functional and unit test code, and code validation against unit tests
Proven ability of developing API's
Exposure to SQL and Salesforce Data Loader
Exposure to Salesforce administration and configuration
Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration
Ability to travel 50% (once COVID related travel restrictions are lifted)
Salesforce Certifications are a plus
Experience with HTML, CSS3, XML, JSON web development technologies
Experience with the Agile methodology
Experience working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment
