Work you'll do
As an Experience Management strategist, you will work cross functionally within Marketing, Advertising, Adtech, and Martech areas. This role has a broad scope and requires a strong understanding of marketing and advertising data.
What you'll do:
â¢ Build client strategies around ad performance, measurement, ad and mar tech stacks, etc.
â¢ Research and recommend any industry changes or developments
â¢ Generate market assessment reports to guide the client strategy
â¢ Collaborate, Design, and Deliver client presentations
â¢ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
â¢ Execute best-in-class assessments and roadmap's across all digital Platforms (Search, display, video, social media, paid social, programmatic)
â¢ Identify and propose areas of opportunity to Deloitte Digital business for current clients
â¢ Provide high level recommendations and strategy on an as needed basis, with the ability to prepare for meetings with potential clients
â¢ Act as a utility player- being able to jump in and help across different type of engagements within the firm
â¢ Drive integration across Alliance partnerships such as Google, Facebook, and Amazon
â¢ Be a connector within the firm - work in a collaborative manner across department, project, and business model
Advertising, Marketing & Commerce
Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.
We serve our clients through the following types of work:
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development
(web, mobile, social, physical)
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Coding of campaigns or coordination with campaign development team for coding of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing cloud
Lead Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Create and propose ideas for Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Define business rules and campaign requirements to translate the promotional plans into the operations Campaign Specification Document
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a client facing role supporting marketing strategy
Marketing Campaign management experience using various Marketing Cloud Platforms
2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and managing client expectations
3+ years of hands-on experience within various marketing cloud systems
Experience with out-of-the-box and custom reporting in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Tableau and/or similar platforms
Good understanding of marketing databases and integrations
Ability to work with large data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in presenting the business use case
Experience working with Agile methodology and using JIRA to manage and update user stories, project tasks, and deliverables
