As Analytics Enablement Lead, you are responsible for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch implementation across web and app experiences, ensuring we deploy the tools in an accurate and flawless way. You will work closely with technology and content teams to fulfil the Business and Data Analytics requirements. As Adobe Experience Cloud ambassador in Citi, you monitor any advancement in Adobe stack and initiate projects to advance Citi deployment accordingly.
Spearhead Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch) implementation across web-site and mobile app experiences for 17 APAC& EMEA markets, your role is to supervise every digital journey ensuring accuracy of Adobe Experience Cloud implementation: from business request, to technical specification development, implementation, and QA.
Govern the SDR, ensure accuracy and consistency of implementation across all platforms and journeys. Enhance SDR if there is an opportunity to achieve higher granularity of data, work with information security team to ensure compliance of all collected data.
Enhance and optimize internal process to achieved efficiency in implementation. Constantly educate stakeholders on the process, introduce controls to ensure compliance.
Enhance and simplify QA, being the SME of necessary tools (e.g. ObservePoint) and streamline the process, introduce regular QA check to ensure accuracy of collected data.
Manage Digital Analytics agency, ensuring high efficiency of Citi partnership with Digital Analytics agency.
Work with technology team, ensuring Adobe Experience Cloud implementation across all stage of agile delivery (scoping and prioritization, grooming, UAT iterations, QA testing, release), provide necessary support through implementation (e.g. conduct any verification/set up required through Adobe Customer Care), resolve VA issues.
Monitor any advancement in Adobe Experience Cloud stack and initiate projects to advance Citi deployment accordingly.
Revamp Clickstream/Livestream implementation to ensure accuracy and usability of collected data.
Advanced Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch/ DTM user, with experience in implementation in web and mobile app (iOS, Android, Angular).
Adobe Analytics Developer Certification is a plus; Adobe Target Architect Certification is a plus.
Experience in ObservePoint usage.
Jira & Confluence experience is a plus.
Digital marketing / UX knowledge is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective.
Self-driven, solution-oriented and proactive in finding the best solution, overcome obstacles to achieve desired result.
