Almost 2M patients suffer from moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) in the US, and while 90% of them have received a diagnosis, only approximately 180K of them are treated with biologic therapies. The past 5 years have registered many new biologic therapies entering the moderate-to-severe PsO land-scape, bringing HCPs and patients expectations for the efficacy-safety trade off to new levels, and still highlighting unmet need for the patients suffering from this chronic and frequently debilitating condition.
The Product Manager for Derm Prof Promo Marketing will be responsible for developing strategic insights for the PsO marketing team, partner marketing teammates to develop resources, and manage/nurture relationships across critical operational functions (Governance Board, MRC, Novartis Print, Veeva OPS, and Sales Operations) to maximize market share and revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities:
*Identifying insights from HCP market research engagements (Adboards, Consultancy, Syndicated or ad-hoc reports) into tangible action items for Prof Promo marketing and field teams *Recognizes trends, opportunities and threats for brand and partner with Associate Director to propose corresponding measures *Partnering with marketing teams (Prof Promo, P2P, Digital) in the development of strategy and tactics that will be tested in market research and deployed to customers *Helps develop brand, disease and internal communications assets and manages in FUSE (M/R/L) system. *Mobilizes field teams assets by maintaining partnerships across Veeva Engage teams, sales operations, Novartis Print and MyRep Center *Supervises and leads projects submissions into governance board for Adboards and Consultancy engagements with HCPs across prof promo, p2p, and digital. Partner very closely with agencies and cross-functional TLL teammates. *Responsible for reconciliation of projects submitted into governance board *Liaise closely with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to execute brand tactics successfully and timely
