Responsible for driving the development of our OTC business by providing strategic and innovative thinking, operational excellence and consumer-driven programs to accelerate the growth of our Vitamins portfolio. The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of marketing objectives, strategies and execution for our base business to build strong brand equities and ensure delivery of sales, share, and profit targets and help shape new business for future growth opportunities.

Key Areas of Accountability
Develop Brand Marketing Strategy and Programs for both Direct-to-Consumer and Professional Support for total Vitamins portfolio to drive growth, distribution, visibility, and strong consumer & professional communications
Drive OTC performance through continuous data analysis, consumer insighting and budget tracking i.e., market and competitive analysis, identification of gaps and opportunities, sales tracking, synthesis of insights from market research, A&P tracking
Manage operational activities for the portfolio/ brands such as financial forecasting, overseeing supply, inventory and availability, artwork or packaging changes, SKU rationalization, phase-in/phase out, pricing initiatives
Work closely with digital manager, third party agencies and cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute commercial plans for OTC
Support the long-term OTC strategy and help shape new business/ new product initiatives by working closely with business development team and other internal stakeholders in Abbott Philippines, APAC and Global
Take the lead in new product launches for OTC

Minimum Qualification:
College education - preferably Marketing or Business Management Graduate
With at least 3 years marketing experience preferably in FMCG or OTC-driven companies
