Job Summary The New Client Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, launching and leading strategies to drive new client growth working with cross-functional teams to bring to market an omni-channel, integrated marketing campaign.
Craft well-structured strategic marketing plans using qualitative and quantitative data and producing measurable results
Influence line of business partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments to plan & execute through creative development, targeting and production
Work with analytics to understand performance, test results and profitability; utilize data and analytics to drive marketing decisions based on customer interactions and behaviors
Identify new capabilities to improve program performance and support launch of new initiatives and programs; assess performance and issues proactively and recommend enhancements
Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization
Develop a close partnership with the sales team to optimize lead purchasing to scale engagement across key customer segments and loan products.
Partner with Finance to determine success of product strategies, objectives and performance
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, Marketing or related field Required
5-7 years Experience in one or more of the following: business support implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services Required
2-4 years Direct Sales Management/collaboration with sales driving teams with proven results Required
5-7 years Leadership experience Required
5-7 years Product development and product management experience Preferred
