Program manager takes primary responsibility for all marketing commercial programs including national/local events and materials for the assigned area and project. The position will develop and lead commercial programs for all CRM products in collaboration with marketing, education and sales.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop commercial programs, marketing materials as well as SR activation plan in collaboration with Marketing/Education/Sales teams.
Develop KOL management plan to identify Abbott KOLs and establish robust relationship.
Analyze efficiency of commercial programs and materials and establish appropriate solutions to close the gap.
Engage with the sales team and key customers to build the Abbott brand, advance market development and enable sales.
Uses best business practices to ensure success in areas of responsibility.
Complies with OEC policy, regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees including senior management, customers, contractors, and vendors with strong and clear communication skills.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Sales/marketing roll at healthcare industry for at least 3 years
Experience in managing complex projects to drive sales
Experience in medical device (especially CRM market) is a plus
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Sales and/or marketing skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Business level communication skill in Japanese. English preferred.
