Marriott Digital Services (MDS) Studio is a fast-paced and innovative team that provides individual hotels with digital activation services. Our team creates well-designed, scalable and affordable web productsMDS Dig for properties, which allows them to showcase their unique needs (e.g. hotel dining outlets, spas, and all-inclusive). We are a rapidly-growing team that will provide the opportunity for autonomy and growth!
Education and Experience
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, or related field
0-1 year of relevant work experience (digital marketing, CMS operations, content management, project management)
Agency internship work experience preferred; tactical execution responsibilities are a plus
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies
Manages execution of workflows for MDS Studio web products, ensuring quality and timely delivery, escalating issues, and proposing new approaches and opportunities for efficiency
Manages project timelines and statuses, including maintaining Salesforce database, and escalates issues as they arise
Manages assigned task and case queues in Salesforce; Meets deadlines and keeps work on track.
Adapts to the ever-changing digital landscape to implement new products, processes
Liaises with MDS Studio teams to advance scalable opportunities and workflows
Maintains a strong partnership with other Senior Digital Analysts and Digital Analysts
Assists with special projects and pilots
Assists in creating training guidelines and documentation to train properties or onboard new vendors or associates
Assists with billing
Assists with data auditing and updating
Tools and Vendors
Maintains strong working knowledge of all Marriott internal digital platforms and systems (ex: EPIC, DAC, AEM, etc.)
Employs Salesforce to track project progress
Manages day-to-day agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality of work and timeliness of deliverables.
Monitors slack, teams, and chatter, and assists with answering team questions.
