Tria is looking to add an energetic and highly motivated marketing coordinator to work directly with our marketing principal.  The role includes the production of materials that support Tria’s business development efforts.  Working under the direction of the Marketing Principal, you will provide graphic design for trade show booths, project brochures, and other marketing materials, coordinate the production of RFQ and RFP responses, maintain Tria’s social media presence, and track potential new projects and clients.  You will also attend meetings with potential clients, interviews, and other various marketing events requiring a Marketing Coordinator with an outgoing energetic personality.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Intermediate-to-advanced graphic design abilities required, additional design and layout experience a plus
• Intermediate-to-advanced InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills
• Experience writing and producing persuasive communications
• Superior writing skills, including ability to craft a story in a compelling manner
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently and to perform effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills and a desire to learn constantly.
• Basic understanding of architectural process is a plus
• Experience with public speaking and public presentations a plus
• Experience with new client/project interviews a plus
• Directly related marketing communications experience in an architecture, engineering, or related firm is a plus.
