Promotes and manages the Company's corporate and community websites with related service offerings, copywriting, social media program, and project management of major corporate marketing initiatives. The person in this position must adhere to the Company's revenue goals, maintain quality and consistency throughout the Company's websites, and provide oversight of the Company's online reputation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages community and corporate website functions to ensure quality and consistency. Advises or makes recommendations to improve the quality of community and corporate websites. Manage the troubleshooting of all technical website issues reported.
Creates materials and communiques to promote community and corporate websites, social media program, and additional technology projects. Oversees online mediums that promote and sells the community and corporate websites.
Creates and maintains a Web site analytics program and monitors both the number of visitors and sources for corporate and community websites. Assists in monitoring and improving the Company's online reputation and search engine ranking.
Oversees records and shared files with website information and prepares monthly revenue reports. Oversees facilitation of website fee collection of past due accounts and provide status reports of all accounts.
Oversee client/owner/community assistance with domain name management and custom requests. Manage relationship with the Company's web provider.
Assist in improving and communicating the Company's culture and "vibe" through campaigns, communiques, and materials. Create and oversee copy for all corporate marketing materials such as brochures, articles, RFP, and web copy. Assist in maintaining brand consistency in all projects.
Research suppliers, services, and new technology for potential use by the Company. Coordinate, manage and schedule major corporate marketing projects from research and contract to tracking, project summaries and implementation.
