As part of the marketing department, the Senior Website Manager serves a critical role in our digital communications efforts and is a key contributor in deepening audience and user engagement and driving revenue. This position is responsible for overseeing the functionality of the website, evaluating and managing website performance, facilitating ongoing enhancements—including website development projects with our contracted partner—maintenance of the site and updating website content, while keeping the customer/audience front-of-mind.

Website and MN Orch App management
Product owner for website and MN Orch app—providing leadership, vision and strategy for these communications channels.
Oversee relationship with external web development vendor.
Collaborate with Creative Director and to ensure website adheres to brand standards.
Maximize use of content management system and leverage features of the CMS to communicate to the customer effectively and efficiently.
Develop holistic view of customer experience/journey, applying data and insights to inform ongoing development of the website experience.
Track user feedback to continuously improve digital user experiences.
Collaborate with Director of Ticket and Audience Services and ticket sales staff to enhance and improve user experience for subscription transactions.
Ensure seamless integration of marketing website with ticketing system and pages.
Onboard and train internal stakeholders on content management system.
Data and Analytics
Define website analytics benchmarks and goals in collaboration with Director of Marketing and agency partner.
Collaborate with digital marketing agency on SEO/SEM efforts, to make sure site is optimized for search.
MN Orch App • Product lead for MN Orch app.
• Working in conjunction with marketing, communications and ticket services departments, establish content calendar, ensuring graphics and content are relevant and up-to-date.
