As a Development Manager you need to know how to:
Promotes the philosophy and mission of the SCL Health System throughout Duchesne, Saint Vincent and Marian Clinics. Promotes a positive working relationship with and among all clinic staff and volunteers.
Implements a communications plan that will increase the visibility of the clinics in each community served.
Markets clinic services to expand patient base.
Manages all aspects of the annual donor communications program and development of personalized materials and targeted requests in coordination with overall fundraising goals and strategies.
Creates materials and messaging consisting of communications, marketing and fundraising materials, including newsletters, annual report, event and promotional collateral and digital marketing. As needed, collaborates with volunteers, staff, and freelance designers to ensure timely production of quality outreach materials.
Manages digital communications and all social media channels.
Represents the clinics in community outreach by making presentations, attending community functions and serving on committees as needed. Identifies and directs the organizationâ™s participation in opportunities or events that will promote the importance of each of the clinics in their respective local communities.
Works as part of Development Team to actively support goals and projects. Supports team goals while maintaining accountability for areas of responsibility.
Manages special projects as requested by Director of Development or Executive Director.
