We’re in search of a Marketing Manager to help tell our story – the story of exceptional experiences – across the US, and globally too.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this new role will support all US cross-functional teams and sectors in our business, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention and community engagement.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
-As a proven self-starter, you’ll thrive in a role that operates in person with our San Francisco team and remotely with colleagues across North America and internationally too; -You’ll work closely with multiple teams across Oxford. While this role is part of our Global Brand Marketing and Communications team, its priority will be strong collaboration with and support for our US-based business partners in leasing, operations, and development; -You’ll excel at concepting and executing digital and experiential marketing and comms initiatives to expand Oxford’s brand recognition, asset positioning and market penetration in the US; -You’ll be particularly focused on helping underpin Oxford’s US pipeline by developing integrated demand creation programs across multiple channels; advancing sales and community engagement priorities; -Partnering with comms experts (internal and external), you’ll execute PR for Oxford in the US (with support) to showcase the business’ growth, innovation and unique value-driven approach; and increase Oxford’s share of voice; -You’ll ideate, originate and support key relationships with select sectoral, civic and nonprofit partners to drive brand perception and relevance; -You’ll build momentum for place making initiatives, sharing ideas across regions and supporting implementation, as budgets allow, to advance iconic built environment experiences; -You’ll manage reactive and ad hoc projects as deemed valuable to Oxford’s positioning in the industry (potentially including for non-US regions on occasion); -You’ll report back to the organization on US marketing deliverables, challenges and key results.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's Degree - 5-8 years in a strategic marketing role in a customer or agency environment - Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, particularly digital - Proven experience with media relations - Skilled at agency management, with great briefing and project management capabilities - Excellent collaboration and influencing skills. Success in this role relies on building and maintaining trusted relationships across the organization - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Creative thinker, writer and effective brand manager - Conveys leadership qualities and a team player disposition with collaboration and influential skills - Curious, inquisitive and eager to learn - A sense of humor!
