K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ANNUAL GIVING, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position. An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive annual giving strategy to grow unrestricted gifts for K-State Athletics, increase donor retention, and provide meaningful cultivation, solicitation, and engagement to move donors through the pipeline. Identify key areas of revenue generation through current and future programs.
•Develop targeted fundraising solicitations for annual giving campaigns, specific projects, or programs. Conceptualize and execute marketing materials that pertain to overall annual giving strategy and enhance revenue generation and membership growth, such as annual membership guide, email communication, direct mailings, digital marketing, advertising, and website. This position will work closely with other internal units of K-State Athletics, including Fan Experience & Sales, Ticket Office, Communications, and IT.
•Provide membership and benefit information to potential donors; assist current donors their specific membership needs including season ticket purchases, account updates, and year to year membership renewal process; foster and maintain good relations with donors, inter-departmental personnel, and the University. Must work nights and weekends as required.

Bachelor’s Degree at time of application
Minimum of two or more years of fundraising experience
Two years of college athletics fundraising experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to promote and demonstrate respect, collaboration and friendly customer service in all working relationships and situations
Must be able to work nights and weekends as required
