The Website and Digital Marketing Specialist partners with MarComm colleagues and agency partners to develop and implement strategies to grow the online presence of Tampa General Hospital and increase engagement with the brand. This professional will have primary responsibility over the digital properties of TGH, acting as webmaster for tgh.org, tgmg.org, tghhealthplex.com, and tghsurgerycenteratmorsani.com. Team member will analyze website data, identify trends and provide optimization recommendations for digital properties as well as campaigns (paid search, email social and display) with the goal of increasing online traffic, conversion rates and leads. The role will report directly to the Assistant Director, Marketing & Consumerism and have strong day-to-day interactions with cross functional teams as well as agency partners. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with a team, multitask, be organized, self-motivated, and a critical thinker. Among the duties and responsibilities:
Work closely with MarComm leadership, colleagues and agency partners to create online content strategy and achieve set goals, analyzing key performance indicators of websites
As webmaster, support the successful planning and implementation of SEM, email, social and display advertising campaigns
In collaboration with cross functional teams, scope website projects, define high-level requirements, and provide strategic and technical Sitecore guidance
Leverage advanced knowledge of SiteCore CMS to create new pages, improve existing layouts, and creatively employ templates and modules to achieve project goals, business objectives and ensure a high-quality online experience
Work closely IT Sitecore developers to implement solutions and resolve technical challenges
Ensure appropriate tagging and tracking needed for reporting, provide regular website analysis, identify trends and make optimization recommendations for digital properties as well as campaigns (paid search, email, social and display) with a goal of increasing online traffic, conversion rates and leads
Perform page optimizations across websites to ensure search engine results are relevant and to create a positive user experience, grow website authority, traffic, lead volume and brand awareness
Conduct website competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends
Ensure all deliverables are consistent with Tampa General Hospital brand standards and guidelines, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images
Participate in employee website training

Qualifications:
5-7 years’ experience managing websites and supporting digital marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field required.
Requires advanced understanding of information architecture, the functioning of Sitecore CMS, and content publishing and management.
Sitecore certification is a plus.
Must have expertise in search engine optimization, including technical and content SEO best practices.
Must have expertise in Google Analytics, with ability to offer actionable insights from data.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
