As part of the marketing organization at Ameriprise, the Seminars & Events team provides advisors with tools and marketing materials to help support and implement client and prospect-focused seminars and events. We are looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator to support the Seminar & Event team with particular focus on a proprietary digital event enablement application - Event Builder. This role will focus on providing front line support for advisors and staff using the Event Builder application, as well as providing regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching as needed. This role will further support the Seminar & Event team by assisting with invitation content and approvals, maintaining the team's Advisor Compass (intranet) pages, and assisting with special projects as needed.
???Act as project coordinator for marketing initiatives including developing status reports to track usage, results and issues for projects/program. Produce initial analysis of program results. ???Manage the communication plans for marketing programs including creation of ongoing communication and training plans and seeing them through implementation. ???Prepare presentations, decks and other marketing materials to communicate with project partners as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality communications. ???Work closely with compliance and other business teams to implement timely content updates and new program introductions. ???Problem solve program issues including consultation to field leaders, advisors and their staff on program details and implementation through monthly trainings and one-on-one coaching.
???Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years marketing or communications experience. ???Professional, self motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Strong teamwork orientation, communication and interpersonal skills. ???Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned project tasks, roles and responsibilities. ???Persistent attention to detail, while maintaining an overall view of the situation. ???Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
