JOB SUMMARY
Injen Technology is a Southern California based cold air intake manufacturer and we’re looking for a talented and aggressive Marketing Specialists to come join our team. You will play a fundamental role in our growth objectives for 2022, along with pushing the Injen Brand further into the marketplace.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the creation and implementation of product promotions and branding campaigns to engage and influence current and prospective customers.
Digital Photography and editing for website, social, and new product releases mandatory
Fully capable of graphic design utilizing the entire Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator specifically.
Video production and editing for stories, reels, 2min video recap, Youtube outlet, and instructional videos.
Content creation and management of Injen social media outlets
Managing and monitoring Ad Campaigns via AdWords
Monitoring Analytics and adjusting content as required
Represent the company professionally at various open houses, trade shows, and industry groups.
Attend budgeted shows/local events when needed – to support the growth of the Injen brand and achieve a positive ROI via on-site order processing
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Highly responsible, self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment.
Digital Photography and editing required
Video and video editing required
Proficient in Excel, with VBA a plus
Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
Ability to meet agreed upon deadlines.
Hands-on; proactive in nature.
Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Desire to succeed and grow with the company utilizing aggressive marketing and brand techniques
College degree is a plus, but not required. A strong history in proven marketing and branding strategy is.
