Web Content Manager - Integrated Innovation Institute (iii)

We are searching for a motivated and organized Web Content Manager to join the marketing team at the Integrated Innovation Institute. This individual will have a passion for content-focused websites and strong experience in a CMS-based web production environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with high attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience creating SEO-rich content.
What You'll Do:
Manage content on the Integrated Innovation Institute website and advertising landing pages
Review, evaluate and edit existing and new web content
Continuously review and analyze website performance with data from Google Analytics, providing recommendations for content and site structure optimization
Implement SEO tactics to drive website traffic
Maintains website content for all degree programs
Creates short and long-form content (blogs, news articles, student features, etc.)
Keep up to date with UX, SEO, Web design, and Digital Marketing best practices
You should demonstrate:
Self-motivation and an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience and skills in website management, information architecture, communications, and marketing
Excellent creative, journalistic, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Experience crafting SEO-rich content
Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Proficiency with Web authoring tools and Content Management Systems
Understand how to interpret real-time performance insights, determine winning strategies, and optimize content by using data, metrics, and creative thinking
Basic experience with HTML/CSS
Basic Photoshop skills to reformat and resize images

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
At least 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and/or communications
Or a combination of education and relevant experience from which the candidate can demonstrate comparable knowledge
Experience working in higher education preferred
