The Manager, Marketing is responsible for the coordination, implementation and oversight of activities for the organization’s marketing efforts to achieve growth and profitability targets for key service lines.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of MemorialCare. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values of MHS. The employee shall support MemorialCare's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the performance improvement plan.
The employee will also be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to; Customer Service, Patient’s Rights, Confidentiality of Information, Environment of Care and MemorialCare initiatives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
Collaborate with Director of Marketing, Business Development team, medical directors, product line leaders and other internal resources, including Communications/PR, B2B/Outreach, and Brand and Digital marketing teams to lead, develop and implement strategic marketing plans for various product/service lines.
Manage a team of Marketing Specialists and support the Director of Marketing to create impactful, integrated campaigns that support the organization’s business objectives.
Oversee marketing planning, service line campaign development, service line-focused community education and events, and results tracking.
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to ensure strong, cohesive user experience with all digital touchpoints for service line campaigns.
Collaborate with Communications/PR team to align Public Relations and internal and external communication with service line marketing plan objectives, messaging and timing.
Actively participate in Business Development/Strategy Growth Planning meetings for responsible service lines; seen as a trusted marketing advisor to the team.
Manage, mentor, develop and direct staff in the daily operations and functions of the department.
Clearly articulate service line strategy to vendor partners/creative agencies and oversee the development of service line advertising campaigns and corresponding media plans.
Maintain knowledge of the marketplace and the organization’s competitive position
