AtlantiCare, the largest healthcare organization in southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing and Communications team.
As Social Media Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing and Communications leadership team to establish social media strategies that generate inbound leads, increase system awareness, drive customer engagement and enhance our organization’s image through the use of various social media platforms.
Job responsibilities Include:
Strategic social media planning to support SEO.
Developing content for various social media platforms and channels that support and integrate with marketing communication strategies.
Writing blogs, managing posting activity, creating social media profiles and responding to followers.
Identifying key performance indicators to evaluate the social media efforts and make ongoing adjustments to ensure success.
Utilizing analytic and social medial management tools to schedule content and analyze engagement metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, journalism or related field required.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing required; healthcare industry experience and responsibility for social media strategy preferred.
High level of social media understanding and knowledge of trends and best practices required.
Excellent written communication, strategic thinking, leadership, project management and organizational skills required.
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Working knowledge of analytic tools and social media management tools such as Later, Synthesio, Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
