General Statement of Duties: The Staff Associate of Web & Digital Communications supports the creation, execution and optimization of all web and digital marketing communications to build brand awareness and drive enrollment. On the frontlines of the University's digital and social media marketing initiatives, the Staff Associate of Web & Digital Communications serves as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, facilitating communication, scheduling, and the flow of materials and approvals. The Staff Associate also supports the integration and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and conducts market research as needed to identify best practices that help inform and optimize marketing campaigns and content.
A skilled content creator, communicator and project manager, the Staff Associate for Web & Digital Communication plays an important role in website content creation and management; digital marketing campaign implementation, tracking and optimization; social media content creation and scheduling as well as the development and maintenance of social media best practices and policies across the University.

This is a full-time, benefited, exempt, professional APA position. The firm annual salary for this position is $50,000.
