The Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB) is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Communications department. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a variety of marketing projects and develop new marketing initiatives. AABB offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing plans based on the overall marketing strategy that help promote AABB’s work, products, and services and advance AABB’s relationships with corporate members and facilities. This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of marketing experience, including experience with B2B marketing and sales support marketing. This position requires excellent writing and communications skills and experience with or ability to learn administration of lead management programs and marketing automation tools. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement. Experience with the biotherapies/biotech field and international marketing experience is a plus.
