The role you’ll contribute:
The AdventHealth University Digital Strategy Senior Specialist holds responsibility for implementing successful higher education digital marketing efforts to increase leads and drive revenue. The primary interface between Digital Strategy and the Digital Project Management teams, the Senior Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Digital Campaigns launch within stakeholder acceptable timelines and embody the desired strategy of their leadership and stakeholder teams. This role provides digital strategy support across varying programs of AHU Campus and Online. This position reports to the Manager, Digital Strategy.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Director of Service Line and Marketing Strategy and service line marketing leadership.
Create and implement campaign/initiative-specific digital marketing plans that leverage CRM and include lead and pipeline goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets (creative, content, etc.), performance evaluation, and optimization.
Perform leadership duties with junior specialist(s) on the team to help train and support their ongoing learning development.
Act independently, from ideation to optimization, on select digital marketing initiatives without direct management oversight.
Develop and continually monitor market and competitive analyses.
Provide campaign management for all service line marketing campaigns.
Responsible for the management, creation and implementation of optimization tactics based on diversified media mix, bidding, keyword research, ad copy a/b testing and landing page optimizations for high levels of conversion.
Ensures project timelines are being met and that they incorporate appropriately with offline marketing efforts and overarching brand assets in market.
Responsible for monitoring, tracking, assisting and providing routine updates on trends that impact overall business strategies.
Assisting in planning and executing marketing initiatives through a variety of channels (web, social media, email, etc.).
Help educate service line leadership, service line marketing staff, business development and physicians on digital marketing best practices.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline and 3-5 years related experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
3+ years of higher education-related work experience
Digital Strategy experience: paid search, display media, SEO, web
