The Director, Digital Engagement in Marketing Communications is responsible for developing and implementing an industry-leading, user-centric digital front door strategy for RUSH. The primary focus is on the early stages of the user journey: driving engagement, encouraging conversions, and creating and nurturing relationships.

The director also will collaborate closely with other Marketing Communications teams and outside resources, convening the expertise and talents necessary to plan, execute, and manage projects.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, naturally curious and creative, and able to imagine the future.
