Job Responsibilities
Outreach Marketing
Source and Establish relationships with University Affiliated Organizations
Execute daily, weekly, monthly marketing objectives on campus and within the surrounding community
Schedule opportunities to present the Sweetwater community to Campus Organizations
Work in tandem with Leasing team to coordinate partnership events that assist in meeting monthly leasing goals
Utilize established partnership strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals
Maintain top tier hospitality through all facets of communication
Create memorable relationships on campus through outreach to collect prospect information and aid in hitting weekly traffic goals
Other:
Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office and common areas
Assist with projects and initiatives as directed by supervisor
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
Weekend are required, team members will alternate
Ability to shuffle priorities and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Must be actively enrolled in the University of Florida or Santa Fe to be qualified
Prior student housing experience preferred, but not required
A passion for helping other students find housing
Involvement in on campus orgs preferred
Business Skills:
Web savvy, skilled internet researcher
Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Can-do attitude; willing to work outside your job description
Lifelong learner and able to identify new learning opportunities
Skilled multi-tasker and self-starter with strong time management skills and keep attention to detail and quality
