Position Summary/Description:
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a creative and accomplished professional to serve as the Senior Assistant Director for Communications and Marketing within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Recruitment, this admissions leader will lead the office's communications and marketing efforts; create and manage a comprehensive events calendar and strategy for the enrollment division; collaborate with Enrollment leaders and campus partners to develop and implement innovative strategies for recruiting talented prospective students and engaging current students, college advisors, scholarship board members, and other key stakeholders; supervise and lead the communications and events team; and perform other duties as assigned. The team is dedicated to supporting one another in meeting goals; fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion; furthering open and consistent communication; and creating the place where we want to work together.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the area of assignment, of which at least one is supervisory or in a lead-worker capacity; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
