Adelson Group is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies for our practice. Responsibilities
Marketing
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to assist in growth of our practice
Client communication and engagement
Establish a referable experience and marketing foundation
Client advocate providing exceptional client service and a referable experience for a high level of client satisfaction. Communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution to address questions and resolve issues
Maintain consistent and regular client contact to grow and deepen existing client relationships
Provide general administrative duties such as answering advisor's telephones, preparing client correspondence, set up of client files
Client service tools and materials
Salesforce documentation
Assisting team with additional projects
Required Qualifications
Education and Skills
College Degree
2+ years of similar experience
Proficient in Microsoft: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, outlook, TEAMS
Salesforce / CRM experience a plus
