Chabaso Bakery is looking for an experienced industry sales and marketing leader to join its four-person advisory board.

Advisory board members are required to attend quarterly on-site advisory board meetings in New Haven, CT, and make themselves available to attend remote committee meetings as needed throughout the year.

Characteristics of our ideal candidate include:

-- Senior level deli, ISB, or grocery sales leadership experience (current or recently retired)

-- Experience managing a solution-based book of business in the $100-$250MM range

-- Northeast/Mid-Atlantic base

-- Track record of mentoring and developing sales professionals to peak performance

-- Private equity experience highly desirable

This is a paid position that includes a meeting stipend, travel expense reimbursement, and participation in the company’s performance-based advisory board incentive program.
