We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Head of Digital Sales.
Impact on the Business
Accelerate commercialization of digital assets by leveraging digital and physical channels, from traffic to conversion to lead drop off management
Define and drive key digital sales outcomes across digital and physical (assisted) journeys, including traffic optimization and funnel conversion
Define performance metrics and set operating rhythm to deliver digital sales growth across products/markets & surface gaps to AOP
Build and deploy global framework that enable markets to set their digital sales & contributing channel targets (note - targets submitted & owned by markets)
Design, build and deploy scalable, multi-market capabilities and tools which drive sales performance (new, existing customers) and growth
Build holistic view of product & customer conversion paths, leads drop-offs across digital & physical channel -- to identify performance drivers
Identify and investigate performance drivers which accelerate performance and scale into best practice
Activate existing digital capability across wider network
Pro-actively input into value stream feature builds at the design stage, for products distributed through Channel
Subject matter expert in support of Global strategic program/s
Customers / Stakeholders
Partner with Digital Channels in market and Global stakeholder and (Distribution, Digital & D&A teams to improve performance of digital sales metrics across top, middle & bottom funnel)
Partner with Marketing disciplines (Digital Marketing, SEO), D&A, PWS/Content and Customer/Product owners to define target setting frameworks and metrics which will enable markets to deliver KPIs
Leadership & Teamwork
Leading a high performance team enabling (1) Digital Acquisition, (2) Funnel Management and; (3) Multi-channel Fulfilment
Bring together cross-functional expertise across Marketing, D&A, PWS/Content, Customer/Product, Digital, Channel owners to collectively deliver Digital Sales AOP
Leader and SME for Digital Sales that markets and value stream teams look to for insight and best practice
Operational Effectiveness & Control
Ensure optimal deployment of ???wins, learning and best practice??? through regular monthly sharing forums across Group and Market teams
Support markets with adherence to their respective sales targets which sit on exco and leadership scorecards. Includes working with D&A to build and tracks digital sales performance and gaps to AOP
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Ability to lead across global/regional functions & win stakeholder support
Possess a blend of business and digital savvy; ability to drive strategy into commercial actions
Strong commercial orientation, with a track record of driving digital sales & customer growth through multi-channels
Deep knowledge of the levers driving digital sales growth, digital traffic/lead management (paid, organic, cross/upsell) including funnel management, optimisation frameworks and messaging capabilities across digital platforms
Expertise in conversion optimisation (online & leveraging offline), multi-channel drop-off management and cross-sell
Proven track record of delivering business performance in a global role
Ability to set clear strategic direction, aligned with Markets and key stakeholders
Comfortable working across data and digital performance metrics and eCommerce
Strong consulting and collaborative problem solving skills
Proactive and resilient. Ability to navigate complex organization problems, through collaboration and negotiation
