We are looking for a Marketing Admin to join our team to immediately begin providing marketing support for our financial planning practice. The purpose of this position is to foster great relationships with current clients to retain them, encourage current clients to make referrals to our practice, and attract new clients so we can grow as a business. The ideal candidate will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics as well as legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. The position requires a professional appearance, friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a flexible fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Admin will be responsible for conducting all aspects of our marketing plan which includes, but is not limited to, the following functions:
Continuing to enhance our already excellent client experience system to provide clients with consistent and exceptional experience and service
Managing event planning activities which include:
Researching, planning & preparing to help execute all details of events
Post-event follow-up including measuring and reporting against predetermined goals
Presence expected at all client events when appropriate
Assisting in developing annual marketing plan which will include assessment of prior year's plan and goals
Maintaining Client Relationship Model to cultivate clients' total experience
Sending all cards (birthday, sympathy, wedding, get well, holiday, etc.)
Welcoming new clients to our practice and incorporating them into the Client Relationship Model which includes developing ongoing relationships with clients
Responsible for maintaining necessary industry related relationships as they relate to marketing
Maintaining websites and social media presence
Responsible for E-mail marketing and mass communications
Coordinating weekly Marketing Meetings and updating the office to the progress of the Marketing agenda.

Required Qualifications
College degree desired but not required
Experience in managing marketing initiatives and events greatly desired
Some background or knowledge on the financial industry is helpful
