The Digital Strategy Manager is a high-impact role working cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to develop digital strategies to achieve their digital marketing goals. This role will be report to the Director of Digital Strategy and will be responsible for several aspects of digital strategy from setup and onboarding to reporting. They will analyze campaign performance and marketing investment, identify actionable business insights and business risks as well as provide strategic recommendations to maximize profit contribution for owner initiatives.
Support core initiatives to drive daily performance by assisting with implementation of digital strategies. This includes and is not limited to providing necessary access, tracking and ensuring all strategies are set up to Lincoln Property Company standards.
Support Regional Marketing teams by setting up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console to Lincoln Property Company standards.
Execute on SEO initiatives, including site audits, schema implementation and local listing development and optimization.
Measure and assess performance of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs to provide feedback and assist in the implementation optimizations.
Support Director of Digital Strategy with data collection, data entry and cleaning, and analysis to identify key insights and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
In collaboration with Director of Digital Strategy, provide data support to marketing and leadership in order to ensure collaborative efforts are data driven and continuously improving, including developing platforms and processes to increase the accessibility and usability of data throughout the region.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and identify new strategies to keep us ahead, including new and alternate digital advertising and marketing vendors.
Must be located within the Southeast Region of Lincoln Property Company.
Strong knowledge of paid search, social, display, email and other digital advertising strategies.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
Mastery in Google Analytics (GA4 knowledge a plus).
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console platforms.
Experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving with the ability to think strategically and be execution oriented.
An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to work hands-on in a performance based, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively with multiple teams/departments, manage multiple priorities and deadlines and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment of shifting deadlines.
Travel may or may not be required for this role.
Proficient with Gmail, MS Office Suite, CRM software, Canva, property management software, Adobe Creative Suite and other creative software.
BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent field.
