Responsible for providing partnership, pitch management, creative and marketing coordination and communication for Capital Markets marketing projects.
Support directors in development of and implementation of a comprehensive project and brand strategy that incorporates new, creative ideas to market our listings, in alignment to the overall Company strategy
Support the management of integrated communications for projects from conception to launch, including but not limited to copywriting, media liaison and event management
Work closely with the team on preparation of proposals and presentations for pitching of appointments
Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management tools and provide campaign reporting metrics to the Capital Markets team and ownership and recommend improvements to enhance performance
Become effective and fluent in Cushman & Wakefield's CRM, helping to connect data to improve marketing efforts and generate additional leads and revenue
Maintain critical understanding of the real estate market, target groups and personas, ever- changing real estate space usage and needs, and Cushman & Wakefield's investor client community
Gain a keen understanding of how target audiences for properties for lease or sale consume marketing and present ideas to enhance engagement
