The Assistant Director of Marketingassists the Director of Marketing and VP of Enrollment/Marketing by facilitating all University design requests for digital marketing/print materials for admissions, advancement/alumni, student affairs, academic affairs, athletics, and academic program needs. Coordinates timelines, and implements all Admissions marketing materials, including but not limited to creative production and content generation for print, digital, and social media projects. Additionally, this position is responsible for the management for all Admissions correspondences through the Slate interface. Works with Titan Print and Mail (TP&M) for project quotes/timelines and serves as a campus liaison to TP&M. This is a full time, on-campus position. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates all University design requests for digital/marketing/print materials for admissions, advancement/alumni, student affairs, academic affairs, athletics and academic program needs; works with departments to conceptualize, develop and implement design projects; assign all design projects to appropriate designer; coordinate all print quotes and job placements; ensure all design meets University branding guidelines
Facilitates timelines, and implements all Admissions marketing materials, including but not limited to creative production and content generation for advertising, print, digital, and social media projects; edits and proofreads all copy before implementation; manages Basecamp software archiving and coordination for marketing projects; manages inventory of all print and promotional items in Admissions
Responsible for the management for all Admissions correspondences through the Slate interface; works with Senior Database Specialist to acquire appropriate audience; manages all digital email communications through Admissions; builds and designs digital marketing campaigns
Works with Titan Print and Mail (TP&M) for project quotes/timelines and serves as campus liaison; coordinates billing and invoicing for all University projects using TP&M; use Timefox to develop tracking and invoicing; monthly reports from vendor invoices provided to each department;
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education, experience and accomplishment.
3 years related work experience required; preference for 5 years or more. Experience in higher education is preferred.
Familiarity with Slate CRM and knowledge of print/design helpful, but not required.
